A disciplined journey from pickup to close-out.
Seven structured steps govern every engagement — engineered for data security, maximum value recovery, and complete visibility.
Seven steps. Zero ambiguity.
Each stage produces documented outputs, so you always know where your assets are and what happened to them.
- 01
Consultation
We begin by understanding your asset types, quantities, locations, security requirements, timelines, and the outcome you want — value recovery, secure destruction, or both.
- 02
Collection & Logistics
A secure pickup is scheduled from your office, branch, warehouse, or data centre. Assets are listed, packed, sealed, and transported under a documented chain of custody.
- 03
Asset Verification
Every item is checked in and recorded — make, model, serial number, condition, and quantity — creating a reconciled inventory you can review.
- 04
Data Destruction
Data-bearing devices receive the sanitisation method your policy requires: logical overwriting for reusable media, or physical destruction for end-of-life drives.
- 05
Testing & Grading
Equipment is inspected, bench-tested, repaired where viable, and graded — classifying each unit for redeployment, resale, parts recovery, or recycling.
- 06
Reuse, Remarketing, or Recycling
Each asset is routed down its most responsible path — maximising reuse and value recovery first, and recycling only what can no longer serve.
- 07
Reporting
You receive structured close-out documentation: inventories, status reports, destruction and recycling records, and settlement summaries where applicable.
Data destruction, matched to your security policy
Not every drive should be treated the same way. We apply the sanitisation method your policy requires — and document it.
Logical Data Wiping
Multi-pass overwriting for media intended for reuse — hard drives and SSDs are sanitised and verified before any device moves to refurbishment or resale.
- Reusable media stays in the circular economy
- Erasure verification on every drive
- Suited to working HDDs & SSDs
Physical Destruction
For failed, damaged, or policy-restricted media, physical destruction renders data unrecoverable — aligned to your internal security requirements.
- Failed or end-of-life drives
- Required by stricter security policies
- Destruction records where applicable
Records & Certificates
Serial-linked destruction records and certificates provide a documentary trail your security teams and auditors can review.
- Serial-number linked reporting
- Certificates where applicable
- Fits audit & compliance reviews
Destruction methods are agreed during consultation and applied according to client requirements. Specific standards alignment can be discussed with our team for your engagement.

Documentation your auditors will appreciate
Structured reporting closes every engagement: what was collected, what was destroyed, what was recovered, and where everything went.
